We had a slide issue on a trip in Florida. Called mobile rv tech. Quick response got slide in. Scotty showed us the damage rollers on slide did to the floor bottom. We stayed in rv park next to him. He cut and placed aluminum plate on floor where rollers had cut into floor. No further issues. 2 months later. RV house batteries dead, slide wasn't working. Called Scotty, told me how to read code on slide module. Then sent video and typed instructions on how to reset slide stops. Worked great, saved labor day weekend trip!
