The mobile RV technicians are wonderful. The worst thing happened at least for us. At the end of a wonderful camping experience, our slide out refused to go back inside. Mobile RV Tech came snd OKmade us a priority visit which I greatly appreciate. They knew what was wrong and immediately repaired the problem. Our situation was corrected and we were on our way in no time. Many many thank yous.
Would give more than 5 Stars if I could. Mobile RV Service is not cheap anywhere but when you are a full timer and need help you want to be able to feel like you’re not being taken advantage of !! Scott was absolutely amazing and the communication with both he and their main office did not disappoint. During the initial diagnostic visit, the entire time the technician was more concerned about making YouTube videos on rv repairs than actually working to find the issues. The technician finished looking around and came to explain that he knew exactly what needed to be done in order to fix all of our issues. He explained that there would be a cheaper option and a very expensive option to get our AC units up and working again, he knew all the parts needed to get us back up and running again. Scott and his Son worked on my camper we live In Indiana and have a camper in Florida he came out to meet us on a weekend and we showed him everything we wanted done and he gave us a quote we went with it. He did alot of work all new flooring, new wood in my slide outside new wood on the floors. Put in a new outside canopy and installed the canopy arm. He also put in new slide out rain guards on.
