Rich Young of Mobile Notary provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate my father that was hospitalized and not able to leave the facility to sign any documents. Not only did he wait patiently for the staff that was 30 minutes late bringing my father down for the signing. He went through all the COVID screening including a "rapid test" that the hospital required and did it all with a smile.
