We originally hired Modern Building Systems for a brand new building to be built, installed and paid extra for full project management of the build. First, regarding charges. When I asked what the monthly rental fee was, I was told "$80 per pay period." They never explicitly corrected me or clarified that they don't charge monthly, they charge every 28 days. This difference will make a difference for people on a tight budget. I felt a little deceived, so I wanted to talk to the same salesperson who was so nice when trying to get me to sign up.
