Took my money to do a diagnostic on an iPod nano 5th gen just for the manager to be absent for weeks and unable to service a repair for a broken mic, always told I’d get a call back the next day and never got one. Never responds to my calls and literally just took my device back because they refused to fix it claiming a manger needs a code to give me a price to even repair the device. Do not go here they will take your device claiming a diagnostic just to scam you and never give you any updates on a repair. Save your money a... read more
