Service at mobile kangaroo was great. They repaired my phone quickly and I would def come back again
PLEASE!!!!!. DO NOT GO HERE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH APPLE. IM CONTACTING CORPORATE & BBB THEY ARE HORRIBLE THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I NEVER GOT MY PHONE ! AFTER 5 days EVEN APPLE MANAGERS COULD NOT REACH THEM . THEY ARE NOT OPEN DURING WORK HOURS.
Made an appointment at 9:40 AM on a Saturday morning at this store from the official App Support app, received confirmation via email multiple times prior to the booking time only to show up and the store is closed, shut, nobody in the there, and nobody is picking up the phone when I tried to call. Do not go here!!!
If i could give it a 0 stars i would. I had an appointment today at 9am and when i got here the store wasnt even open. Now i see why they where not answering the phones. They are TRASHH!!!
I made a reservation for 1020 on today and the store hours are 9-530. The door was locked and no one inside. I tried calling and no answer and no voicemail. Very unprofessional. Wasted my entire morning.
