Save yourself the hassle. Just bring your devices to an Apple Store. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Negative stars. I brought my Apple Watch on Saturday to get a battery replacement and it’s been a week and they still haven’t sent it to Apple to fix. They first quoted me for the battery replacement.
