Joel is amazingly talented. He knows his stuff. Forget Best Buy. Go to Mobile Kangaroo. Ask for Joel. So this is just an update. I had to go back for another fix on my phone. Joel was there and of course he did outstanding work. This guy is your guy for Apple product fixing. Don't waste your time at Best buy. Believe me. I gave him a nice gratuity for taking care of me and fixing my phone. Great Job Joel! The boss needs to give this guy a raise!
