My laptop would not turn on, I brought it in and Joel fixed it right away and told me exactly what I needed to keep it running! So thankful!
Amazing customer service. I’ve used Mobile Kangaroo multiple times for my kid’s Apple devices and they’ve always done a great job. They are an Apple Authorized Service Provider so they honor Apple Care + and you pay what you’d pay at an Apple Store. 10/10 recommend!

Terrible! Don’t go there! Joel is arrogant and rude….told us he would have to replace our IPHONE due to water damage and it would be $600…he was rude to my son, and me, even when I asked to use the restroom there in the mall; We were able to have our IPHONE repaired the next day for $100 in ONE HOUR at CELLPHONE REPAIR (FIX NOW) in East Ridge. Joel did not want to help us or repair the phone….just greedy gouging for the sake of APPLE a multi billion $ company!!
Joel was amazing been going back in forth with Apple for 2 weeks Joel figured it out in less then an hr he really cared about fixing it and and took very good care of me no rush told me I could even wait know exactly what to do he saved my day and will definitely be coming here for my Apple issues
