Joel, helped me out ASAP!!! My step-son had his iPad less then 4 days!! & Got the broken iPad boxed up and shipped the SAME day we brought it in, I mean awesomeness!! & Then he made sure we got a new iPad then just a fixed or used one. So thankful for him and helping us!! His customer service was top notch too, and I was able to help him out a little bit because I mentioned these awesome bug catchers that plug in the wall and how awesome they work and then BAM it hit that he needed to change his in the office! 🤭. Joel was wonderful!!! I had a problem with my vibration on my phone and spent an hour on the phone with Apple and they could not trouble shoot it over the phone. They recommended I bring it in to Kanagroo Mobile. I did and with 2 mins he had the problem solved and fixed. Not to boy that, but he gave me so free advise on other solutions also. Thank you, Joel!!!
Joel is wonderful! So technical and competent. My problem was fixed and I got some good laughs too. I recommend coming here!
