Joel is the best! This is the third time in the last two years I’ve gone in frustrated and convinced I needed a brand-new computer, and every single time he’s diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it. Twice it was my MacBook Pro, and once it was my iPhone. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, does excellent work, and genuinely cares about helping people instead of just selling them something new. Great young man and outstanding service every time.
