Cracked my iPhone screen and found Mobile Kangaroo through Apple’s approved service providers. Arrived around 10:45a, Joel was busy with 3 customers and handled the rush extremely well. Took care of everyone, including me, promptly and professionally. Took care of payment and he gave me a great lunch recommendation. Went to lunch, came back at 11:45a and my phone was ready. Fast, easy experience for a cracked screen replacement. Would recommend to anyone in need of electronics repair or diagnostics.
i had my battery replaced same day, very quick service took about 40 minutes total, customer service amazing, the guy talked me through the entire process and let me know of any potential problems that could’ve happened during the repair, overall everything came out perfect and my phone is back to normal! 10/10 would recommend.

This has been an ordeal through Apple insurance which I got through T-Mobile it's been 2 weeks without my grandson's phone with multiple calls to Assurant my insurance to Apple insurance visits to our local T-Mobile store in another visit to another T-Mobile store that was corporate it was supposed to be able to help us two visits to the Best Buy Gun Barrel which has a Apple tech there did nothing to help us then yesterday I was going to try one more time and it shows up Mobile Kangaroo on Brainerd Road which is local to me ... read more
My camera and screen was damaged by it being ran over by a forklift and it was fixed within an hour thanks Joel ! 10/10 Very Professional and Kind.
