Tracy did an amazing job of selling my house, on a tight schedule and with a set price! When I needed to get out of my home to buy my new one, Tracy found a buyer in a day and a half! I got the full asking price, and she made the whole process smooth as butter with zero hassle! I'd definitely buy or sell a house with Tracy any day of the week!

There is no "I" in Team Barbusca. It takes team work to make the dream work! Mike put his money where his mouth is and made this deal work by putting $1,000 of his commission towards the Buyers' termite work that needed to be done. He also helped us move out all the furniture that was in the house! What real estate agent does that??? I can't say enough about Mike and Laura (who's also such a sweethart).
I have purchased two homes this year from Leslie and Joyce at Mobile Home Connection. Both sales were handled excellently and extremely professionally. The care I was given from both agents made me feel so comfortable and I trusted both of them with great confidence. Laura in the office handled all of the paperwork quickly and professionally and all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. This company made a complete fiasco out of my listing. The agent, Cindy Crawford, came out to view our manufactured home for sale and raved about how good a shape it was in and all the improvements we'd done. She asked me what I was hoping to get, and I told her I had a blue book on it at $53K+, but was hoping to get $40K. She told me that was "more than reasonable." She signed it for a six month listing.
