My husband and I were looking to buy a traditional home, but the prices in San Diego are outrageous. We decided to look into a mobile home and found Tracy. I sold my house with mobile home connection in 2014. I thought it was going to be more difficult than it was, my house needed some work and I thought it would take a long time to sell. This company sold it within a month and they got me a lot more money then I ever thought I'd be able to get. I enjoyed my experience working with Tracy. She was very knowledgeable about the real estate laws regarding mobile homes, and kept me informed of how things were progressing. She took really nice photos of our property which helped it sell quickly. There was an incident where the new buyer began making changes to the property before everything had been finalized and Tracy jumped on the phone to clear things up and give me peace of mind. I definitely would recommend her and work with her again!

When my husband died I had to sell my house and I didn't know where I was going. Tracy helped me sell my home and drove me around to see where I could move to. She went with me and my daughter to a nursing home and everything. on moving day she was there to help us and it made it all so much easier. I know she didn't have to but she did so thank you.
Kari was very helpful and friendly and has worked with me to make this happen from halway across the country. Very knowledgeable about the area and answered a lot of questions that I had about the city.
Tracy sold my house and found me a new one. I love my new house. She did a great job on both. I will call her again because she has helped my family so much. Everyone in her office is so nice too.
