I wish I could give this place negative stars. I took my son here and the doctor told me how bad his eyesight was along with some more problems. He needed glasses right away. So we picked out his glasses and have been waiting over a month for them I keep calling them and they don't even care. How can you do a child like that how can you not care for his well being. RecommendedI been going here since I was in Middle school I graduated in 2013, so yes it’s been awhile! I go to the Mobile Eye Clinic on Government Street. The doctor and receptionist is so nice in loving after all these years they have not changed one bit. I called Wednesday to see was there any availability this week in she said I can come on in the doctor saw both my mom and I we was in and out in no time. Very kid friendly also! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else in getting the same service!
DO NOT USE Staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE. Dr Hicks needs to fire everyone at the Saraland location. Good luck getting his staff to answer the phone. Staff will bill your insurance for product and service that was never received.
