Is this place a front for the mob? I have called like 100x and no one has ever answered and no voicemail. I am trying to reach them because my insurance is saying this is one of the only places that will take my insurance.
Horrible eye doctor the whole business is so out of shape I have been waiting for my glasses for 2 weeks now I’ll never go here again Monday if there not in im going to cancel my whole order I will be reporting them to my insurance this place is very slow with getting your glasses back both places government an saraland I’ll be giving a bad review on both pages. If I could ill rate this business a 0/5
Incredible doctor, very well skilled, thorough, and cares not only about your eye health but about the exact right prescription. Ms. Mindy at the front desk is amazing and so helpful and kind. My whole family goes to see them!
This was the best, most thorough eye exam I've had. Dr. Hicks is so knowledgeable and his experience shows while taking the time to explain what's going on with your eyes. He really helped me to correct a BAD previous eyeglass prescription (from somewhere else) and addressed concerns about having high eye pressure. This office is no frills, but you are in very good hands. Can't recommend enough!
Have to leave a mixed review because of our very mixed experience at this place. GREAT a year ago, but now ....... after repeat attempts to set another appointment, trying for several days at various times during normal business hours, they NEVER answer the phone.
