I would like to highly Net Gain , I had some troubles and Adam the manager was understanding , kind and willing to help me out before closing
Short staffed at Knoxville location I worker and a phone person who helped with the test ..very un organized.too much handling and in and out with the packageing in hand the place was chaos gave me anxiety rushing to get test done ..the place was full .. overwhelmed
For the hair follicle test Tiffany cut my hair to where you couldn't even tell. Not long of a wait at all. Very good service for your needs!
New location. 9303 Park West Blvd suite 300 is MUCH nicer than the old building.
Employees not friendly and process was rushed.
