This place is bullshit...I've had to go here twice for DCS and 5 months of clean urine drug screens sometimes up to 4 times a week and most definitely 2 I'm still failing for fentanyl....my boyfriend who has only smoked marijuana has had worse results then me and also provides clean drug screens by urine done a nail bed the 1st time an a hair follicle this last time n the results got worse n the numbers have risen but has never had a positive urine screen. I'm going to go personally pay for a hair follicle at a different loc... read more

Short staffed at Knoxville location I worker and a phone person who helped with the test ..very un organized.too much handling and in and out with the packageing in hand the place was chaos gave me anxiety rushing to get test done ..the place was full .. overwhelmed
For the hair follicle test Tiffany cut my hair to where you couldn't even tell. Not long of a wait at all. Very good service for your needs!
New location. 9303 Park West Blvd suite 300 is MUCH nicer than the old building.
