Short staffed at Knoxville location I worker and a phone person who helped with the test ..very un organized.too much handling and in and out with the packageing in hand the place was chaos gave me anxiety rushing to get test done ..the place was full .. overwhelmed
For the hair follicle test Tiffany cut my hair to where you couldn't even tell. Not long of a wait at all. Very good service for your needs!
New location. 9303 Park West Blvd suite 300 is MUCH nicer than the old building.
Employees not friendly and process was rushed.
8/16/23 First time using this company for company drug test. Took paper work with instructions on which test we wanted and they did the wrong test and said sorry, would not go ahead and test with what they had even though it was there fault. Won't be using them anymore.
