I bought a tire from here a month ago, but didn't have time to get it balanced at the time. But brought it back a month later and they took the time to get it right in and even took it for a test drive. These guys are great. The young woman in the office was very sweet as well. I really appreciate the fact that they truly cared about the care of your vehicle. Not like alot of other places that try to sell you stuff you don't even need in the first place. I have been needing new tires for well longer than I would like to say. I called around to a bunch of shops and kept getting very high pricing quotes for a set of tires. My father-in-law found an add on FB for Todd’s Auto Repair and am I ever so grateful that he did! The price I paid for a set of tires, mount, balance and disposal was unbeatable! Got a flat tire last min. Was near here, so I stopped in 30 min before they closed. Told me they didn't have the tire in stock but could have it in by 9 the next morning. While they put the donut on for me, they told me they could have a new tire at a discounted price for me in 20 min. Got me repaired and on the road in under 45 min, and that included time to get the tire that wasn't on site. Polite and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I had a flat in downtown kc. I had a spare on my car. They got me right in to the shop to get my tires fixed. All the guys were so nice and helpful. They were honest , and explained everything to me about future work the prices were very fair. I would definitely recommend Todd’s tire to all my friends. Thanks guys.
