What an absolute joke of a place. After being sold tires from 2002 (Firestone showed us the manufacturer date) and the entire tread of the tire seperated from the physical tire on the highway, I called and spoke with Robert Todd, the "owner", he told me if I really cared for my family I would not have bought used tires. then proceeded to tell me multiple times to "sue him" because he would win. He kept repeating that he could sell me 100 year old tires for all he cared because he had a used tire license. can't wait until fox... read more
Recommendedsold a senior 2 used tires that were dry rotted and bald. she didnt know any better and when driving on the a bridge a FRONT tire exploded and left her stranded in 90⁰ weather. she had to pay for a $300 tow and then they refused to make things right. these people can go straight to hell.

I am sorry you feel that way. Your mom bought used tires, and we did replace that tire with another used tire. From the looks of the tire upon arrival, it looks like she hit something (maybe ran something over in the road) and caused the tire to blow. Also, her vehicle is in bad condition. The ball joint on that side is ready to completely fall apart. Her tire was outside of our used tire warranty date, and we still replaced it. I'm sorry we will not replace the tire with brand new.
