Unacceptable service and zero accountability. I brought my vehicle here to have both the front and rear struts replaced. Exactly one year later, my suspension warning light came back on. When I returned to Mobil Express Lube & Tire to have them inspect their work, the mechanic completely refused to look at the vehicle. Instead, he dismissed me and told me I needed to go to the dealership just to have the system light reset. Brought my son’s car in for services to come out with the car worse than when we brought it in. I paid to have my son’s camshaft fixed on his car in April $350. My son brought his car in this month and paid almost $500 to have a vvt connector, pvc valve, oil change done on his car. Those were the only problems that car had. Called this shop and just dropped the phone immediately after asking the price of a service. Called them again and no answer. Seems like they shunned business with rude actions. Been here several times but never again!
