Every time my wife is in, they invent things to try to sell her that she doesn’t need. They need to respect one’s wishes when they come in and specify they only want an oil change.
My receipt says “100% satisfaction guaranteed” but the manager is impossible to work with. They take zero responsibility for sub-par service and make no apologizes. What happened to that satisfaction guarantee?

The technicians are amazing at this location. The very best service I’ve had on my Mercedes in a long time. I recommended all my family and friends in surrounding area.
The best out there! My poor Volt has the oil cap overtightened so much by another shop, it took these poor guys an hour and the eventual use of an impact wrench to get the cap off! Friendly, courteous, fast service, just awesome.
