They lack integrity and knowledge. They swore up and down and argued with me that Dodge requires synthetic blend which is an extra $30. My wife relented. When I showed them that Dodge recommends a certain type of oil (which Mobile1 is not certified for) I got 2 responses. "Mobile1 is better" and "What do you want me to do, drain the oil and replace it?" With a lot of attitude. No apology for lying or overcharging me.
