I am extremely happy with the services provided! I was severely scammed by another local business and Josh Hewitt and his team worked overtime trying to fix what a mess these other folks did to my vehicles! They cut corners for me and showed me what was wrong and what was being done every step of the way! They have went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them immensely! I have finally found good honest and caring mechanics that I can trust. Thank you Brent, Josh and the crew!
Got my oil changed, no problems. Worker pointed out an "issue" with the "bearings going bad" in the fan. They could fix it, only $600. A couple weeks later, took the vehicle to a service center for a different issue. Mentioned the "bearings" issue and was told by an older mechanic with 30+ years experience that there wasn't an issue and it didn't work the way it was previously explained to me. I wonder the quality of the use of recycled motor oil. Regarding this concern you would figure that the price for an oil change would be cheaper than virgin oil. It would be interesting to see the actual lab results of oil weight, viscosity, and longevity. I wonder.
