Customer service is not there strong suit, they are more interested in a one time transaction rather than a reoccuring business from local customers. Traveled over an hour on multiple occasions to pickup items that they said they have in stock only to be told its gone or priced differently. Staff was VERY friendly & helpful. I had a 50% off coupon that was good until New Years - fabulous! I purchased items that I had already been looking at, at Home Depot, for much cheaper here. If you're remodeling - this is your place! Pack your patience, as it's a bit of a treasure hunt. The items were already discounted and my total came to $1400 .. with the coupon I only paid $700.
