Manager is rude as hell. Accusing us of switching pricing on a mirror when the guy checking is out agreed that the price of the mirror is correct and we didn’t do anything wrong like she was accusing. Then we were buying another mirror which was broke on the edge. She wanted $25 and we got it to $15 but she was again so rude! It was my first time there and here are some good prices but the lady is not nice at all. I am not a dishonest person and would never even think of switching price tags!!! All the employees at Woodbury have been great to work with. As with any discount or closeout store, you have to review what you are buying to make sure that you will be happy with it. I have personally been impressed with the way they do business
FALSE ADVERTISING! They advertise “50% or more off retail.” I went in today to buy a lawnmower and it wasn’t priced 50% off. When I asked about lowering the price to 50% off, the manager made up some crap about not honoring the 50% off that they advertise because it is spring and lawnmowers are in higher demand. WHAT A POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! If you are going to advertise 50% off then at least honor that!
