We have been in the business of selling & repairing electric motors and pumps since 1951, originally under the name of Motor Maintenance Inc. In 1975 the current owners purchased the business. Our customer base includes residential customers, as well as larger customers (cities, universities, hospitals, HVAC contractors, water systems, manufacturing plants and others. We are a member of EASA (an international association of electric motor shops dedicated to the highest standards of service) and the Better Business Bureau.

My 9yr old pool pump motor finally gave out Summer of 2013. Quoted $565 for my swimming pool builder to replace the motor. Watched a few Youtube vids showing that it wasn't rocket science. Called MMI and spoke to an informative gent that described how they would check out the motor and replace only the parts that it needed. It only took a day and they painted the core cover. Only $175. I would return here again and I recommend this business to others.
