Appointment times have always been honored - always keeping up their side of the schedule. Staff in the Endocrinology Department listen and seem to want to collaborate on treatment. The Lab excels. Get you in and out quickly with very good phlebotomists / needle stickers .
The lab tech that took my blood damaged a nerve. I called to let them know and the person who answered the phone was in pediatrics, she was very unprofessional. I’m still waiting for a call from the “boss” in the laboratory department. I will never return to this place.
Lab services suck. Disorganized free for all on labs in the morning. Front desk tells you to have a seat, but won’t tell you there’s a smaller desk to check in at and no one at THAT desk who sees you sit down gets your attention to come check in. Lack of attention to detail and absolutely no proactivity in that department. The phlebotomist was fantastic quick and very efficient though but I’m leaving my review at one star because the department as a whole is disorganized as hell but that’s not her fault obviously
