I booked my father an appointment online,including giving his insurance information, which was accepted! when we came in for the appointment his insurance got denied, but thankfully gateway clinic took care of him!
Appointment times have always been honored - always keeping up their side of the schedule. Staff in the Endocrinology Department listen and seem to want to collaborate on treatment. The Lab excels. Get you in and out quickly with very good phlebotomists / needle stickers .
The lab tech that took my blood damaged a nerve. I called to let them know and the person who answered the phone was in pediatrics, she was very unprofessional. I’m still waiting for a call from the “boss” in the laboratory department. I will never return to this place.
