We’ve been going here for years with my kids and the doctors are amazing but the front staff is horrible. Always rude on the telephone and act like you are a bother when you are needing to schedule an appointment. It has drastically declined over the years with customer service.
Three months later and I am still dealing with both Melissa and Dr. Roan's dereliction of their responsibilities to ensure that I have the proper medical care I deserve. Both Melissa and Dr. Roan allow their unqualified and often absence staff to totally run the department. I can never seem to get the same staff person twice. When I send a message to one, I often get a response from someone else. They know nothing about my issue and thus I have to go through the whole process again. All to no avail. Melissa is the worst of all care givers at MMC. She is more concerned with protecting her non-professional staff than anything else. She won't return call; Prescriptions take at least 72 hours. My pharmacy tells me they can't get a response, other patients in the waiting room has told me how difficult it is to get a response from anyone in the Endocrinology department and my primary care doctor has told me the same thing. I am adding an addendum to my review. Again, I only spent five minutes with Paul Myers and was fired for not wanting a mammogram although I agreed to have a colonoscopy. He considers this preventative care and went against the AMA code of patient's rights. The hypocrisy is that he totally ignored a life saving operation suggested by two previous physicians that would have healed my liver, rid me of diabetes and allowed me to diminish my COPD. I will not mention the doctor's name (his initials are PM), but I am livid! My wonderful PCP, who I had for the past 30 years retired December 2023. She always worked with me and respected my wishes as a patient. I need surgery. More specifically the sleeve which was recommended in my PCP's notes. I have NAFLD and the last US showed I developed cysts. I am also diabetic and have COPD. Because of my liver, I gained 140 lbs over the past 5 years. The surgery will reverse NAFLD, get rid of diabetes and lessen the pressure on my... read more

Check Yelp first. The ratings are fabricated. They are actually rated 2 stars. Attempting to make an appointment with this facility was a nightmare. The desk staff are inept at identifying who is actually under coverage. I spent over three hours on the phone and had a three-way conversation with a my insurance company, myself and desk personnel. The endodontology is the worst medical practice I have even encountered. They don't communicate nor respect their patients.
Birdeye is mostly FAKE good reviews!!! When you click on the persons Facebook profile it says—-it is not available or no longer exits!!!! Are you kidding me Birdeye?? I guess Birdeye stands for the middle finger to the public society—right!!!!!!
