We do love the clinic and have been appreciative of our time and treatment at MMC for years. But now the emails and surveys that come after a visit have become overkill. If we don’t want to fill out a survey we should simply be able to click no thank you and move on. But yet repeated emails come to ya about a survey. This is obnoxious. If it’s another company who handles this for you it should truly be addressed. Shout out to Dr. Jerry Collins at MMC. Thinking my daughter only had sun poisoning, I took her to Dr. Collins. Because of his thorough exam and persistence, the blood work he ordered (B was not happy 😆),determined my daughter had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Thank you Lord for sending us to the doctor and having an appointment with Dr. Collins. We are so thankful. Another round of antibiotics should have us in the clear.
