The woman at check-in was very kind, and I want to make that clear. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there because the billing department apparently did not want to take the additional step of calling the benefits number on my insurance card to verify coverage. We have union benefits, which sometimes means insurance cannot simply be run through an automated online system. We’ve been going here for years with my kids and the doctors are amazing but the front staff is horrible. Always rude on the telephone and act like you are a bother when you are needing to schedule an appointment. It has drastically declined over the years with customer service.
