The doctor was very professional and courteous and spent time answering my questions.
Waited one hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. That seems to me inexcusable. IF the doc had an emergency, or IF there was a problem in the schedule, a call to the desk to explain what was happening would do well for the patient. As it is, the patient is “the annoyance,” and they don’t get the attention they deserve or expect from the office. Inexcusable.
