I have been renting a property on Riverside Blvd in Sacramento for approximately two years. It is currently managed by Teri of M and M Property. Another company managed the property for approximately a year prior to M and M Property. They were a nice young couple, but not timely in their response to issues concerning the property which is probably why the owner sought another property management company. Switching to MM Property has been a mot pleasant experience after using a different company. In fact, my experience has been the total opposite from my last property management company.
