Mostly all good experience. They kept 850$ of my double deposit .
The property shows complete! NEGLECT and ignores maintenance requests until your health is at risk me and my daughter were hospitalized due to black mold and rat infestations that they knew about but chose to neglect until threatened with code enforcement they painted over mold and ignore every attempt from MULTIPLE tenants! My landlord verbatim said “I don’t care about all that “ and “I don’t want to get involved “
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. MM Properties handled my move-out and security deposit in a highly unprofessional way. They deducted money from my security deposit without providing valid proof, clear receipts, or proper explanation for the charges. What made the experience worse was their complete lack of communication after move-out. This is by far the best property management ever!! They are responsive, easy to work with, fair, honest and extremely professional!! I appreciate this company so much!! I have been working with them for about 10 years…If you’re looking for a professional place to rent from…don’t pass them by.
