I visited Dr. Elamir’s office with my dad last Wednesday. My dad is a Type 1 diabetic, and I want to say first that Dr. Elamir herself is an excellent doctor. She truly takes her time with patients, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about their health and well-being. Once you are actually inside with the doctor, the care is outstanding. Dr. Elamir is a fantastic physician—charming, engaging, and able to put patients at ease. Unfortunately, everything outside of the exam room is unacceptable. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful, and the office appears to be severely mismanaged. Appointments are not handled properly, resulting in an overcrowded waiting room packed with visibly sick patients who are coughing and sneezing in close quarters, with little attention to ventilation or basic health considerations. Both Dr's treat you like family the take there time and listen they don't rush you I will greatly recommend them they are very compassionate
