Mark did a great job, and was very thorough. I'm very satisfied with the work he did on my sectional sofa. I'll definitely be calling on him, when I need anything cleaned in the future.
Mark was a pleasure to work with, prompt , courteous, informative and professional. We had cat urine on a couch and carpet. It has been about a month since Mark cleaned them, still no smell. I am so pleased. I plan to have Mark back to our home in the Spring to clean the rest of the carpet and a recliner. M & M Chem Dry is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used.
