All MLW teams excelled in fixing all phases of my home repair – supporting the foundation, patching the drywalls, stopping the roof leaks, sealing soffit vents, painting inside and out (matching paint colors), and staining the deck. Easy to work with. Highly recommend. Would use them again.
Top notch and fantastic experience working with Marty and Stephen. They made the process as smooth as possible for us especially since we were managing the renovation from a distance. Not only did they keep full communication and set realistic expectations, but they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for any of your renovation projects, big or small.
My project was installing 3 sets of double doors with metal frames. Lamar was my PM for this project and he worked to the end to get it done. I have to note that once started the job took far to long to reach completion but the finished product was outstanding.
All the workers did impressive work. Cleaned up at finish. I would highly recommend. Lamar was company contac. He was very knowledgeable was a great help in all that we needed.
The installation in 2020 went well. However in August 2025 there was a substantial leak around the chimney, in heavy rain. MLW followed up promptly under 10yr warranty with several visits and eventually re-flashed the entire chimney, after discovering a problem with the original install. Overall a good experience - thanks Rene!
