We used MLN last season & had no issues. This year I fired them midway. I’m Not sure what happened but their customer service went out the window & was absolutely terrible this season! Our Lots were never cut to the correct borders no matter how many times I went out to talk with the crew. Our Phone calls & emails were never responded to & the secretary even hung up on me! It was an Awful experience!
I am not one to ever write reviews or even speak negatively about a company But we have not had a great experience with them. The last time they cut our grass it was over three days later from when they were supposed to so there were clippings all over. Huge clumps of grass that are now dead all over my yard. I called and told them we weren’t happy and we would like it cut again before next time. She said she would try but couldn’t guarantee it. She said they would be out there on Friday. Horrible company- did a rushed job on my lawn- broke a window- hit neighbors car with a flying rock, cut a hole in my pool with a weed whacker, weed whacked a newly planted lilac bush- and expect money from me - or said we’re taking me to court.
My husband and I would like to extend our sincere Thanks to Tony from MLN Landscaping. Our daughter Amanda, RN at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester was on her way to work her midnight shift when her back rear tire blew up after hitting something on Twenty-five Mile and Van Dyke. Tony saw our daughter the nurse in distress in the parking lot of Seven Eleven and kindly offered to change her tire. Thank you Tony for going out of your way to help Amanda. She made it to work with a minute to spare. I will remember your kindness.
Mike and his crew did an amazing job completely renovating my landscaping in my front and back yard. Crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. All my neighbors have been complementing on the work they did. My wife and I will definitely be using them for all of future projects.
They do a great job!! If you need anything Mike is always on top of it!
