I came in with a personal issue that I was ready to discuss with my doctor and her only. When she came in she was with someone that she says she was training and I had to explain my personal issue while the trainee was in the room. I’m a patient with an health issue that I wanted privately addressed not an practice run for new employees. I was uncomfortable my entire visit. It's the worst I'm been sick for weeks some quack dr. Can't any orders From other I can't get meds or treat it's just awful
Terrible customer service for some of the ladies that check you in. This not the first time this has happen. My doctor and HIS supportive staff were great. Got the runaround due to support staff not knowing policy. Cannot recommend them due to the poor customer service from a few individuals.
They are horrible poor service to ghetto I have be a walk to a walk in or my cousin want get his meds so sad. They told me I couldn't make a appointment unless he said so I'm his payee he has brain damage.
Very unprofessional! I made an appointment at the other location on Silver Spring just to come there on time and them to tell me that they no longer do practice there and I was directed here. security is very unprofessional! He's sitting around bobbing his head to the music that somebody is playing on their phone that is very vulgar! Never mind that there is older people that do not need to or care to hear the music that he was playing on his cell phone.
