I ordered a sweatshirt and got a confirmation email. They cancelled the order without sending me an email or alerting me in any way that the order was cancelled. I only noticed when I went to check the tracking. When I tryto get in touch with someone to ask what happened to the order, the "Fan Advocates" are always busy, and there is absolutely no number to call. I had a technical difficulty that went on for more than a week with no call back and no help. I was able to fix the problem myself (which turned out to be simple) and I ask for a call back to check with me to ask if a fixed or corrected the problem with no response and no help. Way over priced in an competitive market with no understanding of the product and its benefits...Been with them for years

Bought a hoodie dodgers sweater from mlbshop.com and not only did it come with NO TAGS just LABELS STUCK TO THE SWEATER. THE SWEATER itself is not a true XL. It smells and actually seems like it was a return thats why it has zero true tags on it, Also the CLOTHS are made in China which it did not say. So any CLOTHS ordered that is made in china you should order a size or 2 bigger if you live in the states. They will not accept a return and offer store credit or a refund

There is some shady stuff going on with this site. I never heard of them until I had a 100.00 charged to my bank account a few days later it was put back in. Yet 5 days later ****** charged my bank account 4 charges of 99.99 so someone having to do with games Which I do not order or play within these 2 company's are robbing people blind stay away!!! Absolute garbage. I purchased a jersey display case for an autographed jersey from www.mlb.com for just under $200 with shipping. What I received was a thin plastic pile of junk that cost them less than $2 to make, and should have retailed for less than $10. I was livid, and initiated the return process. I asked for a refund for my MLB subscription to watch all the live games. They refuse. There is no live baseball, and even IF there is a 60 game season, that is only 37% of a season. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

I'm very disappointed that MLBAM is refusing to offer even partial subscription refunds for the 2020 season. Fans paid for access to live games, not archival footage and other content. Since the season has been suspended, and may even be cancelled, it is unethical and perhaps even a contract breach for MLBAM to refuse to even partially refund subscription fees.
