The job was great in the beginning they knew I was homeless I am black I have mentioned that and they told me that they hired a lot of ppl homeless I was taking my back pack and lil duffel bag with me and I would leave it outside while working someone had complained about me bringing my bags and they fired me you y'all sure it wasn't a race thing some ppl in the maikai place were nice
Today was our first day with Mikaela. She worked with my husband George on his physical and balance exercises, walking him up and down the hallway. Very friendly and patient with him. She also assisted me with housework chores, dusting, sweeping the kitchen and laundry room, folding laundry, and vacuuming. Still need to learn what she can do for us. I really appreciated her assistance.
i am 44 and had a massive surgery. i am angry at how my case was handled and the poor quality of care. the company claimed to have prior experience with surgical procedures, and they claimed were sending someone equipped for my case. this was completely disingenuous, a lie to collect my money. the care was so poor it was to the point of causing harm post-op. when i reached out to complain and to discuss how i was billed, my emails were totally ignored. my care was horrible and i got no response to emails with concerns. if th... read more
I honestly don’t even know where to start. The prices were never explained properly by Rachel, she just seemed in a rush to get us to sign the contract. No empathy, no real guidance, just a “go ahead and sign” vibe over the phone. Because of that, we ended up paying more than we expected. The only good part was their staffing team. Marjorie came to our house with a big warm smile, and Ivy, the staffing manager, sent a clear message with all the details about what to expect and who our care providers would be.
