Doctor Shelbi Jim On is very attentive and pays close attention to details, she listens to your needs with compassion and takes the time to actually examine and find solutions for your problems. I’ve been to other dermatologists and they never took time to actually listen or exam the actual problem area. I definitely recommend!!
Excellent service
First time here, and I am a lifetime client! Came in and reception area was well kept and clean. Receptionist was very attentive and thorough with first time patient paperwork. Dr. Shelbi was exceptional and professional in her consultation. She took her time, listened intently, and answered all my questions and concerns. Not once did make me feel that I asked any 'stupid' question. Good bedside manners and you can tell she really loves her job!
