Roach infested properties, incompetent and rude property manager Bret Mosher. Dont rent from these monsters!!
Met with the president Bret Mosher. He had bought the property next to my parents house. He and his partner said that I was welcome to anything in the yard. So the next day I went over to take a look at what was there, I emailed Mr. Mosher just to confirm. He never responded, and then that weekend his crew came by.
