The doctor did a great job on my daughters abscessed tooth. The financial and office staff, however, treated us very poorly. Since my daughter was 19 at the time, they would only deal with her directly. There was an issue with our dental insurance and they began to harass her and threaten her if she didn’t pay the balance of over $1700.. It was a warm, friendly atmosphere that would put anyone that was apprehensive about dental appointments, at ease. My questions were answered and I'm comfortable about my upcoming appointment.
I brought my son to this office before and they were excellent. Today I had to go for an emergency situation for myself and I couldn't ask for better care. Everyone was very sweet and understanding of my situation. I have had a dentist in the past make lite of my feelings and my sadness for my circumstances surrounding my mouth. Dr Kolozenski was very nice and calming. The procedure was over so quick with minimal upset. I would gladly recommend this office.
