I went to this salon because I had a crack in my nail and paid $155 for a filling/service. They repaired it, but only one week later, the same crack came back. I returned to the salon and paid another $7 to have it fixed, but the repair was not done properly. One week later, the crack appeared again. I’m new to the area and specifically called to schedule an appointment with the owner because I’m very consistent with my nail appointments and wanted to have a great first experience after not having one at the previous salons I visited. When I called, I was told to ask for the owner when I arrived. However, when I got to my appointment, I was seated with someone else instead. If you want Atlanta-quality nails, this is where to go. Super impressed with the quality of work here. You may pay a little more than other Athens salons as they charge for length and shape, but the results speak for themselves. I have struggled to get high-quality SNS since moving back to Athens from Atlanta, and this is the place! Note however if you are an SNS gal that they do not have matching gel polish for toes.
