Worst Landlords to rent an apartment It's been two years since I moved out from one of their apartments, however, the unlawfully withheld security deposit was never returned. They do not respond any of emails. They do not even have basic decency to leave a courtesy email. STAY AWAY FROM MK APARTMENTS. THEY ARE LIKE LEACHES. MK Management did not provide a healthy and safe environment at 1718 Arlington St. MK Management did not provide a dehumidifier and did not clean the mold in the basement. MK Management did not rectify the noxious smell and toxic mold issues. MK Management was contacted from August 10 to September 30 about the tenant's concern of mold issues.
