Mandy is a uniquely talented therapist who is very easy-going, caring, compassionate, detail-oriented, an excellent listener, with strong "soft skills" yet willing to challenge in a graceful/respectful manner. From a few minutes into our first session I felt like I knew Mandy for years. Tools, and perspectives, Mandy provides have truly positively impacted my perspectives and journey. I've been working with a counselor at MK Counseling for a few years now and have been so happy with my experience. I always walk away from a session feeling lighter, with something to reflect on or some new resource to help me navigate what I'm working through. The scheduling is super flexible which is great as a working mom. I've also had a lot of insurance changes and administrative hiccups along the way, but Mandy is always patient and helpful in resolving them. Very much recommend their services.

Mandy is hands down the best therapist I have ever worked with. I had to leave for loss of insurance, but a few years later was able to return. Mandy not only remembered me, she made it feel like I had never left! Mandy has helped me so much in dealing with trauma, both recent and from childhood, and my life is so much better for having had her in it.
