For 16 years ,it was the best company; living in their building was exceptional, excellent!! However, over the last year the owners i think they no have knowledge of the situation of harassment and pressure we have been subjected to aimed at getting us to leave " voluntarily" PLEASE WE NEED THE BUILDING OWNERS TO STEP IN....
Would leave ZERO stars if it were possible. This company could not care any less about their tenants. Left us without hot water for 2 weeks, said they would prorate our rent for the time we were without hot water, ended up billing us the full rent amount. They are the epitome of a slum lord.
Very unprofessional and unkind.
