I have lived in MJW residence for more than 5 years and I can't complain, best service and quality of apartment, love it!
I have lived at the same residence for over 10 years now. Everything was fine until this company came in about a year ago. There is no management on site, and if they are ever here, they hide in vacant apartments and do not notify tenants where or how to locate them. They NEVER respond to any emails or phone calls. Repairs are done sporadically or not at all. I have had a major water damage issue inside my apartment that led to tile breaking, and my toddler being injured. Great Company, Friendly Staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and helpful.
I would strongly recommend being cautious before renting from this company, particularly at 450 Lafayette. My overall experience here has been very disappointing. The management team is difficult to reach, and there is often no response from the office. The common areas, including the parking lot, elevators, and lobby, are poorly maintained, with trash frequently left around.
