Would leave ZERO stars if it were possible. This company could not care any less about their tenants. Left us without hot water for 2 weeks, said they would prorate our rent for the time we were without hot water, ended up billing us the full rent amount. They are the epitome of a slum lord.

I have lived in MJW residence for more than 5 years and I can't complain, best service and quality of apartment, love it!
I have lived at the same residence for over 10 years now. Everything was fine until this company came in about a year ago. There is no management on site, and if they are ever here, they hide in vacant apartments and do not notify tenants where or how to locate them. They NEVER respond to any emails or phone calls. Repairs are done sporadically or not at all. I have had a major water damage issue inside my apartment that led to tile breaking, and my toddler being injured.
