My lender John instantly got to work (on a weekend) to get my paperwork going and get me locked in at the lowest rate possible on my refinance before the rates went back up again. John personally took the time to follow up with me personally every step of the way and ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. His service was far superior to that of any other lender I have previously used, him and MJW come very highly recommend from me!
