The lady that’s at the front is very unpleasant and unwelcoming . She offered me a very low deal and I got a more reasonable one from another shop. I didn’t feel like she was happy to serve me at all . It was a very brief encounter but left me with a lasting impression. I would not recommend them at all

This was my first visit to this store. The customer service was horrible and they exhibited extremely rude behaviour toward customers. We spent only two minutes browsing the sarees before leaving due to the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of the staff. The employee made rude remarks about our inability to make an immediate purchase and when we decided to leave she continued to express frustration about the brief time we spent in the store as a waste of time.
