When I first contacted them he said that the car was not ready and to call the next day. I called the next day and he said that the car looked great! I said it was the car I have been looking for, can i put down a deposit, since we live 2 hours away. He said he could not take a deposit over the phone, but if I gave him a copy of my drivers license he would send me a bill of sale so that I could get a CT temp plate. This Individual was informed from the beginning that company policy does not allow us to hold a vehicle, or take a deposit on a vehicle sight unseen. She had called the day the vehicle arrived and was told it was not ready to be test driven until it was put through the shop and safety checked. Spoke back and forth via email, seemed very nice. It was an hour and a half ride down for me, so I wanted to be sure it wasn't a waste of time on either of our parts. I asked if he could give me an idea of any rust underneath. His response was that it had minimal rust. Minimal rust means that there are holes in the radiator support. This car will not pass an inspection.

This vehicle was. $2000 car that was 19 years old. There was minimal rust ant the body and frame of the vehicle. I would have replaced the radiatior support if that component made you feel uncomfortable. This car has been sold and did pass inspection at a Mass inspection station.
