Called them to assess water staining on the ceiling and wall in the corner of my kitchen. Talked to my wife and told her they are a "start-to-finish" company. We were contacted by this homeowner on August 18, 2017, and responded to a call of a leak coming in to the kitchen. On that same day, we had a carpenter/roofer inspect the home and found that the upper level flat roof/porch/balcony was not maintained and was in great disrepair. Our customer signed a Temporary Emergency Repair Authorization. Our carpenter then traced the leak to one particular area of the home/balcony.
