I’ve been seeing MJ for about 3–4 years now, and I can honestly say he’s the real deal. This isn’t your typical salon — MJ gives each client his full attention, never rushes, and always makes you feel valued. My curls come out beautiful every single time, and I always leave feeling like I can conquer the world. He’s patient, dedicated, and has a true gift for his craft. If you’ve got curly hair or just want someone who gets it, MJ’s your person.
Terrible experience the absolute worst! I am still crying. I asked for long layers and ended up with my hair cut from the middle of my back to the nape of my neck. I have a wedding this weekend and paid a lot of money on a my dress and expeced professional service, but instead my hair was ruined. The stylist kept repeating ‘layers’ as my hair hit the floor — this is not acceptable. Someone this unskilled should not be cutting hair, let alone running a salon."
