WORSE service ever. They forgot three of the meals in our party's orders. We asked the server to check on their food and all she said was tags they're being slow now because there's lots of orders. After an hour and all of us had finished our food, we go up to complain and they said that the food isn't even on the bill. How are they blaming us for their mess up?! No manager on duty on peak hours Saturday night. We had a big party and 4 orders never showed up. We asked several times if the food was coming and eventually they said it was never ordered. Two people from our group left because after an hour the food never showed up.
3 out of 5 times I've been to the Walnut location I have issues with getting my food. Yesterday I inquired about my food four times before anyone would tell me it's being cooked after I've ordered it 20 minutes ago! I don't appreciate not getting an answer when I asked about the status of my food. It's very rude of your waitresses to just avoid me upon returning from the kitchen. We just went to walnut MJ café this noon. We try to use stamp card to get one free drink but he told us the small store is closed and the stamp is stolen. Therefore, we can’t use stamp card to get ONE free drink. It’s weird that your small store is closed and why I can’t use stamp card in your big store? Your big store is still there……what’s mean the stamp is stolen? Am I stolen to make stamp on my card??? Only ONE FREE Drink!!! So stingy!!!
