Horrible service. My son and I waited 15 to 20 mins just for the waitress to take our order. They were not busy and the waitress who took our order was standing around doing nothing several times. She actually stood behind us waiting for who knows what. I wanted to leave but my son didn't. My beef dish had a few very tiny pieces of meat. The rest of what was supposed to be beef was large pieces of fat and grissell. Great food and drinks, very friendly service!
My roommates and I came here to cool off with some shaved ice on a hot day a couple of weeks ago. My food arrived in a timely manner, but my roommates' food took around 40 mins. One of my roommates ordered a macaroon ice cream and it took almost an hour (we had to ask for our food a couple of times) to be brought over. We also asked for water and it wasn't brought over until we reminded the waiter and even then, it was taken to the table across from us. Very disappointed with the service.
