Great Buys – Raphael was the best!! You know how a lot of places claim to be wholesale to the public. Most places just say that but charge retail prices. Raphael actually is a wholesaler who sells his diamonds are wholesale. I bought my diamond at the same price that you could get on line but I got to pick and choose and see them first, it was great and Raphael was so patient and helpful.
