Mixon Farms is a stop we make every year on our vacation. Taking the team ride and seeing the animals with Wildlife Inc. is our favorite part! Oh, not to mention the orange ice cream!
Most delicious orange creamsicle ice cream.
Visited the store March 8, 2019. Plan to spend an hour or more here because there are so many wonderful things. You must try the orange swirl ice cream and don’t forget a hot orange muffin from the bakery. I purchased a jar of old fashioned orange marmalade and will be ordering more from their online store. Will definitely visit again!
Went for the 1st time today . Kayla who greeted us at the store was great told ya what to order and gave us some great samples of juice . Turns out she was also our Tour guide and was very informative and fun . Damien from the animal shelter was great knew his stuff and was very accommodating! Ended up with ice cream and juice for home . You guys gained a family as customers today . Thank you for a fun Day Dale
Mixon Farms is absolutely gorgeous! Kaliah and Teresa were really informative and helpful when it came to learning about the orchard. Highly recommend this tour to anyone in the area. The sanctuary was a really cool experience too, many animals that you are able to get up close too and even hold! The staff was really helpful...trust me, you will not be disappointed 😁😁
Best place to have a field trip! The staff is accommodating and patient. They plan a great trip. My students were entranced by the wonder and learned so much! Thank you for a great day!
I visited last year. I was highly impressed with the whole experience! From the juice samples, to the animal rescue, the kid’s playground area, to the tour... This place had a family atmosphere second to none. The employees were so friendly and helpful. I plan on coming again. I especially love the chocolate covered orange peels, local wines, and orange soft served ice cream! And because I haven’t been able to get away from New York State, I thoroughly enjoy the frequent fun posts you guys add in 💕
