I have service animals and they told me I’m not allowed to do the tour it would interrupt their animals there on property I think that’s crap because the ADA laws prohibit businesses to not allow service animals

Update: We do allow service animals on the Tram tours but they are not allowed OFF the tram when it stops at the Wildlife Rescue area. We have to comply with the requests of the animal handlers for our wildlife that any service animals must remain on the tram for the safety and well being of ALL of the animals and guest. The tram driver Cyndy was awesome. Very informative and friendly. She knew what she was talking about. Great representation for your wonderful "attraction ". Shout out to Ann in wine!
This place is awesome I’ve been there with my family ! My relatives used to Go there & fruit shipped for the holidays their fruit is truly delicious! I would recommend them !
