I’ve ordered several medications from this company and more often than not, their choice of delivery company drops the ball and delays my much needed medications for more than a week. This time, I should’ve had my package last week but instead, it travels from St Paul MN halfway across the country to two sorting stations in California instead of 70 miles south to me in Rochester. Mix Pharmacy has been consistently wonderful! Real people answer the phone quickly, everyone I’ve talked to has been kind and helpful, and they take the time to walk through pricing, shipping, and all of my medication questions. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, but Mix really gets it right.

Love this place! The staff are amazing and extremely attentive to detail. They do excellent research and will actually call manufacturers to ensure ingredients are correct. This is critical if you have allergies! Very, very highly recommend. My only complaint is wishing they were open on weekends and a little later past the end of the business day. With rush hour and so many people on their way home from work, it can make that 30min 4:30-5PM window very pressuring. MCAS-friendly
