Update: I appreciate the fast attention once back from the long weekend. Kelly was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right. Fortunately, my cat showed improvement on his previous medication and this one was not needed after all. This was all just bad timing and technology failure which can’t be helped sometimes. I do recommend not having your liquid medications shipped however. I had my pets medication shipped and it spilled all over in the package. I’ve ordered several medications from this company and more often than not, their choice of delivery company drops the ball and delays my much needed medications for more than a week. This time, I should’ve had my package last week but instead, it travels from St Paul MN halfway across the country to two sorting stations in California instead of 70 miles south to me in Rochester. Mix Pharmacy has been consistently wonderful! Real people answer the phone quickly, everyone I’ve talked to has been kind and helpful, and they take the time to walk through pricing, shipping, and all of my medication questions. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, but Mix really gets it right.
