They’re compounding is excellent. That being said pharmacy sends US mail by default . Tracking showed last Friday package from pharmacy was supposed to arrive Saturday by US mail . It’s Monday 3 days later and no medicine. Seems difficult to communicate to pharmacy at time of payment which we did that one wants and is willing to pay extra for overnight UPS. Saving $35 in shipping isn’t worth having your needed Medicine 4 days late . Attention to detail…
12/3/2024: I have decided that I would be willing to possibly give Mix Pharmacy another chance in the future. Perhaps they had an off day. I'm raising my review to a 3 at this time and will modify if I feel it's necessary in the future. 4/20/23 Update: My clinic is going to reimburse me for the Rx. I have been ordering medications for my cat for several years from Mix Compounding Pharmacy. They are always easy to order from, helpful in person when need arises and delivery dates are always as promised. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
