I really appreciated how she checked in with me throughout every step and made sure I was happy before moving on. It's easy to book an appointment, and the staff are so nice and funny there! Michelle did my nails and she had amazing customer service. There's room for improvement with the ombre and shaping, but her nail structure work is the best I've had! I recommend going in with inspo pictures if you don't speak mandarin. I could tell the staff were doing their best to accommodate other customers who didn't have pictures ready, so keep in mind of the language barrier. They really do their best to understand your requests. (:

**update: second time visit change nails and eyelashes extension. Amazing! Quick calls and attention to prep. First time trying this place. Easy to book online same day. Straight forward process. Staff are nice. Staff Yan is amazing and the owner who answer calls was amazing with lashes. Did manicure and pedicure and the lash extensions.
